Maximiliano E. Korstanje, Universidad de Palermo / University of Leeds

Maximiliano E. Korstanje has a Ph.D. in Social Psychology from University John. F. Kennedy en Buenos Aires, Argentina. One of his areas of expertise is the sociological study of evilness and panic flights in disaster’s situations in modern and ancient times (Roman Empire) as well as the risk perception theory applied on travels and tourism. As specialist he is concerned in the effects of Sept-11 or other made-man and natural disasters in Tourism and hospitality. In addition, Korstanje has published more than 300 articles and 13 books in peer-review journals throughout the world.
