Michael Hankins, Kansas State University

Michael Hankins is currently a doctoral candidate in history at Kansas State University where he focused his research on the transformative processes regarding the use of airpower. He is currently examining the changes in doctrine, technology, and institutional culture within the USAF in the post-Vietnam period.
